- This confirmation should only be made after verifying that all items purchased are received in satisfactory condition as per the order details.
- Buyers are encouraged to report any discrepancies or issues with the delivered goods immediately before confirming receipt.
- Seller's Earnings:
- Upon confirmation of receipt by the buyer, the seller's earnings will move from "Pending Balance" to "Balance" in their MallitShopit.com account.
- This balance is a virtual representation of earnings and does not equate to actual money until a withdrawal is requested and processed.
- Withdrawals:
- Sellers can request withdrawals from their available balance in the "Manage Withdrawals" section.
- They need to specify the desired withdrawal amount up to the limit of their available balance.
- MallitShopit.com administrators will process these requests and transfer the actual funds to the seller's bank account biweekly.
- Sellers are advised to ensure their bank details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays in the transfer process.
